Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for the provision of Imaging Services to include the specialty areas of routine diagnostic x-rays, portable x-rays and fluoroscopy. What You Will Do In This Role:
* You will obtain quality diagnostic images.
* You will scan in labels and document appropriately.
* You will Resolve QA issues in a timely manner.
* You will ensure images are released to radiologists in a timely manner.
* You will ensure orders are valid and entered appropriately.
* You will transport patients as needed.
What Qualifications You Will Need:
* Minimum Education: Successful completion of formal two-year training in accredited school of radiology technology approved by the Joint Review Committee for Education in the Radiological Sciences (JRCERT) of the American Medical Association.
* Minimum Experience: 1-year hospital based experience (clinical training applies). Current registration with A.R.R.T. is required.
* Required Certification: American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
* Required Licensure: ARRT
