Key Responsibilities:

Improve regional reporting and interpret key metrics to identify business risks & opportunities
Partner with regional leadership to understand reporting needs and influence strategy
Provide data and insights for key strategic projects and business initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field
5+ years of experience as a business analyst in operations supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing teams
Experience in SaaS preferred
