This Part Time PTA position is located at our brand new Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital South building - 10114 Kennerly Rd. This is a Weekend Option Position at 24hrs/week and is benefit eligible. You will be working 2 of the 3 days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) based on departmental needs and will be paid a premium rate.

Overview:

Under the general supervision of department management and the direct supervision of staff Physical and Occupational Therapists and Assistants, will administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, exercises and procedures. Will also assist in: medical records, upkeep of department appearance and equipment, and provide any support help needed for improved Department functioning.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of PTA Program
  • Licensure: MO PTA License
  • Experience: Experience with therapy preferred
  • Certifications: BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Other: Must have knowledge or background in Allied Health field
