Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) to perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans for diagnostic purposes. The MRI Tech will operate MRI equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, and produce high-quality images for radiologist interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and procedures.

Prepare and position patients for MRI exams, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Operate MRI equipment, monitor patient during the scan, and adjust scanning parameters as needed to obtain optimal images.

Review and evaluate images for clarity, detail, and diagnostic quality.

Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely results.

Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly.

Adhere to safety protocols, including screening patients for contraindications to MRI.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with advanced certification in MRI.

Experience in MRI or diagnostic imaging preferred.

Strong knowledge of MRI techniques, safety protocols, and equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
