*Description of Position*
Seeking full time, overnight direct care staff person for Crisis Stabilization Unit located in Norton, MA. This is a 6 bed, voluntary, no restraint, short term mental health support service for adults needing support in managing a crisis situation.

The overnight role is an awake position monitoring the clients with collaboration of the unit nurse on duty, preparing for the upcoming day, and facilitating any needs that arise.

*Responsibilities*
* Orient clients to the unit
* Assist with meal preparation
* Provide support of activities of daily living, transportation, and facilitating therapeutic activities on the unit

*Requirements*
* High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-year experience in human services, mental health, behavioral health, or direct care OR
* Associates degree in human services

*Preferred Qualifications *
* Bachelor's degree in human services (social work, sociology, psychology) or related field preferred
