Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Supervise the performance review process, including improvement plans.

• Coordinate employee benefits and payroll processing.

• Develop and implement staff training and succession planning.

• Promote a safe work environment, enforce safety policies, and handle workplace incidents.

• Monitor HR metrics, provide data-driven recommendations, and prepare reports for senior management.

Experience

• At least 4 years’ experience.

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Able to handle confidential information.

• Proficient in HR software.

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
