This Senior Analyst role within the Corporate Planning team is an enterprise-level role which provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain understanding of linkages between strategic decisions and financial performance of the company. In addition to routine deliverables, ad hoc analyses and presentations, the role involves collaboration with business partners and provides exposure to different parts of the organization and leaders in the CFO group. Additional focus area for this role will be leading the enterprise expense analyses: quarter end, forecast, and ad hoc.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Expense lead, including quarterly enterprise expense materials, expense forecast analyses and ad hoc expense analyses.
  2. Contribute to forecast analyses and reporting activities in Corporate Planning.
  3. Perform ad hoc forecast-related analyses.
  4. Contribute to Board- and senior management presentations.
  5. Partner with teams across the CFO group.
  6. Identify opportunities for simplifying and improving processes within Corporate Planning and across the CFO group and drive their execution.

Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. 4 years of experience in the financial industry with emphasis on financial analysis.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products with emphasis on strong Excel.
  4. Detail-oriented and result-driven.
  5. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proactive with ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and with little supervision.
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  8. Effective business partnering skills.
  9. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Desired Skills:

  3. Desire to improve and simplify processes with knowledge of emerging technology.
