The Senior Nurse Manager Acute Care will report directly to the Vice President of Patient Care and will work with a terrific and high-performing team of Nurse Leaders. This Manager will be supported by a tenured Critical Care Charge Nurse and two CMSRN Medical Surgical Charge RNs.
As the leader of Acute Care Services, including the Intensive Care Unit and Medical Surgical Units, the Nurse Manager will drive nursing program operations and patient care services. This person will engage in developing action plans, conducting daily rounds with physicians and nursing staff, as well as assessing personal requirements of the unit on a daily basis. You’ll have the opportunity to help develop educational programs and professional development for the next generation of nursing leaders.
