Job PurposeThe PSCC business plan specialist leads the facilitation of monthly reporting and supports the development of the center’s business plan strategy. This will include building schedules, hitting key milestones, as well as providing guidance and feedback to assigned areas within the center. The position will require collaboration within PSCC and support collaboration activities with other HDMA centers.
Key Accountabilities• Lead monthly reporting for assigned area across Division, Business Unit and Center.
• Support Business Plan strategic development and implementation for PSCC
• Aid in PSCC Business Plan documentation development and management with all impacted members within PSCC.
• Lead Business Plan follow up with PSCC division and department leaders to ensure completion to meet requirement for follow up report timing.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the divisions theme development and reporting.
• Provide consultation on business plan development within the division and support BU areas as needed.
• Facilitate collaborative events and strategic alliances within the organization to contribute to the formulation and enhancement of a strong business plan.
• Support in development, management and reporting of Business Unit and Center Level Key Performance Indicators and Key Control Points for PSCC
• Guidance to PSCC associates for business plan development to improve knowledge and skill set for business plan management and reporting
• Sharepoint management and organization for the team site.
• Support in the development of center documentation that will be utilized for center and COC reporting throughout the ki
• Execute additional tasks related to business plan activity and events within the center
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas:
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement
- Business Management
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Supply Chain or Purchasing) or equivalent experience
Other job-specific skills:
- Intermediate Excel
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint
- Strong Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and identify trends
- Hybrid work style
- Travel between facilities within the Marysville Campus
- Must be able to work overtime approximately 3-5 hours per week.
