Qualifications:

* Board-certified/eligible emergency medicine physicians or family medicine physicians with emergency medicine experience.
* Strong work ethic, honesty, and a commitment to patient safety.
* Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and efficient decision-making.

Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:

* Our community-based hospital offers flexible scheduling with shifts of 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-10 pm, and 9 pm-7 am. These shorter shifts help enhance clinician performance, reduce stress, and foster a supportive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide care in an 18-bed emergency department, handling over 24,000 annual visits.
* Collaborate with a strong team of subspecialty professionals and utilize comprehensive imaging services to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Participate in regular monthly meetings (remote and in-person) that encourage team engagement and provide opportunities for feedback.
