Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking an Echo Technologist for our team at the CV OP to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:
- As the Echo Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.
- You will be responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.
- You will serve as a role model and clinical resource for the staff.
- You will respond in a timely manner to requests for information or follow-up with physician, staff or patient issues.
What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of a Diagnostic Echo Medical Sonography Program
- ARDMS or CCI is registered or eligible, to be obtained within 6 months
- American Heart BLS obtained/maintained according to hospital policy
- One year experience preferred
- Ability to work in our CV Outpatient facility part time Monday-Friday from the hours of 8a-4pm, no call requirement
TriStar Summit is a 200 bed comprehensive facility. We serve Davidson, Wilson and surrounding counties. We include a Level III Trauma Center. We offer a full array of acute care services. These include cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation and women’s services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. We are a Primary Stroke Center.
