POSITION: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LOCATION: Elizabethtown, KY- Woodland Drive Facility

QUALIFICATIONS:
* active LPN license

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:
* collect and review labs ordered by the doctor
* administer medications according to Stepworks protocols (training provided)
* monitor patient vitals and measure withdrawal symptoms (training provided)
* supervise residential patients
* assist clinicians/therapists
* encourage patients to persevere in treatment (training provided)
* PICC line care, including medication administration and dressing changes (*training provided*)
* be prepared for crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided)

*SHIFTS AVAILABLE:*

Various shift availability; (High demand for 3rd shift).
