Job Overview:

Seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist to join our client-focused team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring they receive excellent service while gathering critical information about their personal injury claims. Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred/ essential to assist our diverse clientele effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries, providing compassionate service in both Spanish and English.

• Case Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective clients to gather detailed information about their injuries, the circumstances of the accident, and other relevant details.

• Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately enter client data into our case management system while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to firm protocols.

• Document Collection: Assist clients in gathering necessary documents such as accident reports, medical records, and insurance information to support their case.

• Ongoing Client Communication: Follow up with potential clients to ensure all necessary documentation is received and answer any questions they may have about the process.

• Collaboration with Legal Team: Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth handoff of cases and provide support in organizing case details.

• Translation & Multilingual Support: Translate complex legal information for clients as needed, ensuring clear communication between the legal team and clients in both [Language] and English.

Qualifications:


• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an intake, customer service, or legal support role, preferably in personal injury law.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive information and offer compassion to clients who have experienced traumatic events.

• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry.

• Customer-Focused: A client-first approach with a genuine desire to assist individuals who have been injured or wronged.

• Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with personal injury law, legal processes, and relevant terminology is a plus but not required.
