LPN Needed - Flexible Shifts

Highlights of the job:Flexible schedule options - full-time with weekday and/or weekend offOpportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environmentExcellent career growth and advancement potentialState-of-the-art facilities in BostonResponsibilities:Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in accordance with established policies and proceduresAssist with daily living activities, including hygiene, grooming, and mobilityAdminister prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physiciansMonitor and document patient’s condition, vital signs, and responses to treatmentsCollaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plansMaintain accurate medical records and comply with all regulatory standardsQualifications:Current LPN license in MassachusettsMinimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)Compassionate and caring attitude toward patientsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed
