Caregiver Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing assistant care.
* Possession of a Home Health Aide license or CNA license.
* Must be 21 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
* Current TB, CPR, and health screening.
* Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude.
* Exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor.
* Ability to work effectively in teams.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

* Follow a daily care schedule, maintaining a one-on-one relationship with clients in their homes.
* Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
* Establish rapport with clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and providing companionship.
* Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
* Assist in the transportation of clients.
* Maintain a clean and healthy environment for clients.

Job Location: Northern Virginia

Schedule: Weekdays and weekends
