Key Responsibilities:
As the RN Unit Manager , you ll be a clinical leader and resource for your team, ensuring exceptional care delivery and adherence to nursing standards. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and supervising high-risk care, including wound care , medication administration , and infection control practices .
* Overseeing infection control documentation and participating in Quality Assurance and Assessment (QAA) committees.
* Communicating effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
* Mentoring staff, driving performance improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence.
* Maintaining compliance with all educational, clinical, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring:

* Education : Associate s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
* Licensure : Active RN license in the state of Ohio .
* Experience :

* Preferably 1+ years in a supervisory role .
* Long-term care experience is a plus

* Certification : Current CPR certification .
