As a CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) you will:

* Provides direct patient care in the form of bathing, feeding, dressing, and toileting residents.
* Utilizes knowledge from CNA training to properly position, ambulate, transfer, and lift residents.
* Monitors resident conditions through vital signs, intake and output, and collection of specimens.
* Reports any changes in physical or mental condition to nurse, either verbally or in writing.
* Promotes resident self-esteem through respecting privacy, conversing in a kind, respectful manner, and encourages resident independence in activities.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about optimizing patient care? We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Active on CNA Registry.
* Completion of Adult Mandatory Reporter within 90 days of employment.
* Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

* BLS Certification.
* 1 year of experience in long term care.
* Point Click Care, Point of Care

Department: Story County Senior Care

Employment Type: WEP+

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 6:00am - 6:00pm

Salary Range: $19.00 - $28.50 per hour (competitive and commensurate with experience)
