Marketing and Admissions Director

*Partner with Regional Director of Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Regional Vice President, Population Health and others to identify total census and census mix barriers and develop strategies to eliminate or minimize them.
*Assess professional and community sales opportunities, identify and allocate area and nursing center resources, and manage team sales plans.
*Supervise nursing center Admissions Staff through a dotted line relationship to accomplish targeted Quality-Mix (QMix) and Average Daily Census (ADC) goals. -Why Genesis?

We have in place multiple testing capabilities including Point-of-Care (POC) testing in every location according to CMS and local guidance. -DMACQualifications:*Four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing or Health Care Management is required. *Three to five years' experience in healthcare industry required and regional healthcare market experience is preferred.*Multi-facility management experience or healthcare product or services sales experience is preferred.*Ability to adjust work schedule based on business needs and coverage requirements is required.*Must be flexible in scheduling priorities and able to travel as needed.*Must have a valid driver's license and provide own vehicle when traveling.
