Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the management team to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. Collaborating with team members, you'll uphold our standards of excellence and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to drive sales, maximize profitability, and achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, preferably in a related field, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle pressure with composure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures.
