Full Time Associate Dentist - Midland TX
We are seeking an Associate Dentist for our practice in Midland, TX who is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a strong commitment to patient education.
As an Associate Dentist, you will be able to continue to learn and expand your skills as you will be supported by a team of experienced dental professionals who are committed to providing exceptional patient care. We offer a variety of dental treatments in house such all general, cosmetic, endodontics, implants, sedation, pediatrics and clear aligners.

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

* Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
* Administer anesthetics to patients as necessary
* Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
* Provide preventive dental care and education to patients
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems
* Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique in all procedures
* Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental technology and techniques

Skills:

* Proficient in medical terminology related to dentistry
* Experience using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
* Ability to manage and maintain patient medical records
* Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and practices
* Thorough understanding of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
* Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
* Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems for restorative dentistry is preferred

Requirements:

* This position requires a valid dental license and the ability to practice dentistry in the state.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
