Provide superior customer service when responding to employee questions regarding payroll, company policies, benefits and general HR inquires across the company. I-9 documentation and process using the E-Verify system. Maintain employee personnel files. Perform employment verifications. Participate in and on People Services projects, as needed. This is a hybrid work structure allows employees to work remotely and from the office, as needed and based on demands or specific tasks.Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Customer Service and Human Resources experience required. High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with ADP, Workday or other similar HRIS systems preferred.Experience:
    • Superior customer services skills in a multi-faceted environment; in writing, via phone, and face to face.
    • Flexibility and the ability to multitask is critical. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
    • Ability to interact with many different individuals and prioritize numerous responsibilities.
    • Strong computer skills essential, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
