Job Description

Pay: $28.49 / hour
50 cent increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review
6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule: Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am, Night Shift

$500 Quarterly Retention Bonus, must meet eligibility requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate a forklift to perform shipping / receiving activities in a fast paced environment
  • Operate a yard truck accurately and efficiently to move trailers from the yard to a shipping door for shipment
  • Perform in the role of Dock Coordinator as needed
  • Managing minute-to-minute shipping / receiving activities
  • Prioritize and organize workload using PC, SAP, communication, and time management skills
  • Work self-directed and with minimal supervision to accomplish daily tasks
  • Drive Operation Results
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Current and valid CDL A Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred
  • Exposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferred
  • Experience working in a team environment with good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs without assistance
  • Able to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as needed
  • Ability to operate Industrial equipment
