About the Role:


As a Brand Management Trainee, you’ll become an integral part of our innovative team at AMP Branding. No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in this role. You’ll work closely with our experienced account managers, learning the ins and outs of managing customer and client relationships while driving brand growth.

Brand Management Trainee Responsibilities:


  • Familiarize yourself with our client’s products and services, understanding the unique value they offer.
  • Support senior account managers in executing engaging promotional event campaigns.
  • Assist in acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and drive results.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and client presentations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and effectively address client inquiries.


Brand Management Trainee Requirements:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, sales, or relevant experience is a plus (not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
  • A proactive, self-driven nature with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to team success.
