Job Overview: Join our team at the Cardiac Vascular Diagnostic Center, where you’ll lead and support a dedicated group of professionals in delivering top-quality cardiac diagnostics. This full-time position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual ready to mentor and guide staff, ensuring optimal patient care and departmental performance.
Position: Supervisor - Cardiac Vascular Diagnostic Center

- Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours per pay period (bi-weekly)
- Shift: Days
Position Summary: In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and service quality within the Cardiac Vascular Diagnostic Center. Your role includes setting staff assignments, providing training, managing evaluations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. With a strong focus on quality care and staff development, you will work closely with team members to resolve complex issues, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff SupervisionAssigns and coordinates daily staffing, ensuring adequate levels and efficient operations.
- Guidance & TrainingProvides orientation, training, coaching, and mentorship to staff; conducts performance evaluations and manages disciplinary actions as needed.
- Quality & ComplianceMonitors the quality of services provided, supporting staff development and ensuring adherence to departmental and organizational protocols.
- Operational SupportPerforms staff duties as required to meet service demands and takes a lead role in resolving complex issues.
- Critical ThinkingUtilizes strong decision-making skills to adapt to dynamic situations and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- EducationHigh school diploma or GED.
- CertificationMust possess one of the following certifications:
- ARDMS: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
- CCI: Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
- Cardiac Device Remote Monitoring Specialist (CDRMS) from the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE)
- Cardiac Device Diploma from an accredited school (e.g., PrepMD, Arrhythmia Technologies Institute)
- ExperienceMinimum of 3 years in a related field.
