What if your next role gave you hands-on variety, close teamwork, and clear pathways to grow your skills? As an Electromechanical Panel Fabrication Technician in Milwaukee, you will turn inventoried and fabricated parts into finished electrical enclosures that meet exacting standards.
Your impact, day one- Start with kitted parts and pre-assemble electrical components for control panels.
- Apply light fabrication techniques—drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping—to bring designs to life.
- Coordinate with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Team Leads to solve problems in real time.
- Handle materials and support installation needs for diverse electrical equipment.
- Detail orientation and the ability to learn to interpret blueprints and bills of materials.
- Read a tape measure confidently; troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly.
- Collaborative communicator with motivation to learn and advance.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and bend conduit.
- Must pass a written test on first day.
- Starting pay: $22/hour with a 30-day review that may raise pay to $24/hour.
- Per diem: $100 for each day worked.
- Shifts: 1st or 2nd; hours up to 60/week, with more possible upon supervisor approval.
- Stability: Long-term, year-round employment.
Based in Milwaukee, WI (this is not a Chicago-area position).
