We are seeking a dedicated and skilled *Physical Therapist Assistant* to join our team at our *Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)*. In this role, you will assist the physical therapist in providing high-quality care to residents, helping them regain strength, mobility, and overall function through personalized physical therapy treatments.

*Responsibilities:*
* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for SNF residents under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
* Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments and interventions.
* Educate residents and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies to promote recovery.
* Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the physical therapist.
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

*Qualifications:*
* Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for providing quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
