*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
* *Position - Licensed Practical Nurse (LTC)*
* *Location - Keene, NH*

*JOB DETAILS:*
* Full Time - 13 weeks contract
* Day/Night Shift - 7 am to 7 pm // 36 hours weekly
* Work Location - On Location
* Weekend Schedule - Every Other Weekend
* Ability to commute/relocate:*Keene, NH* : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
* *Traveler Pay: $1700 /weekly for 32 hours*

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Monitor patient's vitals and record them in their file
* Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
* Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
* Update patient records in a confidential manner
* Evaluate the patient's wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
* Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
* Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly
* Move patients from wheelchairs, beds and gurneys

*REQUIREMENT:*
* Active CPR/BLS
* Covid Card
* LPN State License - NH
* #VR

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $29.13 - $35.08 per hour

Physical Setting:
* Long term care

Ability to Relocate:
* Keene, NH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
