What Will Your Day Look Like?

  • Develop and optimize processes using scientific molding principles to improve product quality and overall efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor process technicians and operators while supporting manufacturing with technical solutions.
  • Document and maintain clear, concise process guidelines for all team members to follow.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Plastics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in injection molding operations.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects.


Nice to Have:

  • RJG Master Molder certification or eDart experience.
