Role Description

We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team This role is ideal for someone who’s both highly organized and creative, ready to elevate the customer journey and drive engagement across multiple platforms.


Job Duties: 

  • Content Strategy & Management: Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality content on Shopify, supporting e-commerce efforts with an eye on brand consistency and engagement.
  • Performance-Driven Advertising Support: Track and assess campaign performance metrics and analyze PPC data across Google, Amazon, TikTok, and Meta to identify trends, optimize strategies, and make data-driven recommendations that enhance ROI and overall effectiveness.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Evaluate and enhance each stage of the customer experience, using insights to build loyalty programs and improve retention strategies.
  • Customer Engagement Initiatives: Assist in crafting strategies to enhance customer interactions, build brand loyalty, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Conduct ongoing research to stay current on industry trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between copywriting, creative, and performance teams to ensure aligned messaging, branding, and campaign goals across all marketing functions.
  • Social Media Support: Oversee and optimize the social media calendar to align with our initiatives, ensuring timely content delivery that engages our audience effectively and meets our objectives.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, with a strong eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven e-commerce expertise with solid understanding of core marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and market research.
  • Proficiency in essential tools like Google AdWords, Shopify, Adobe, and HTML.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making.
