*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals, enhancing their ability to perform daily activities. This role involves working in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, and requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.

*Duties*
* Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and techniques for improving daily living skills.
* Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
* Provide care across various settings, including acute care, ICU, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
* Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

*Skills*
* Proficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to occupational therapy practices.
* Experience or training in speech therapy is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.
* Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.
* Familiarity with acute care settings and the specific needs of patients in ICU environments.
