As an Inpatient Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - CRNA on the anesthesia team, the successful candidate will provide airway management and trauma services to patients having surgical, obstetric, or diagnostic procedures for adults and/or children. In collaboration with an anesthesiologist, the candidate will demonstrate the appropriate safeguards for patient safety through a pre-anesthesia assessment, continuation through the procedure, and complete a post-op assessment for safe transfer. Based on the patient's care plan, this position is accountable for inducing and maintaining anesthesia at required levels. It will conduct continuous and vigilant clinical observation of the patient's physiologic condition during the procedure. The Inpatient Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - CRNA will uphold the cohesive culture in accordance with the hospital's mission and vision statement to provide optimal patient care. A focus will be on investing in professional growth and development within the anesthesia department and surgical team. 

The Inpatient Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - CRNA  has successfully completed an accredited anesthesia program and holds a current certification from the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
