MedRock Pharmacy, a leading non-sterile compounding pharmacy with a focus on dermatology, is seeking a *motivated and knowledgeable Licensed Compounding Pharmacist* with extensive compounding experience.

The Compounding Pharmacist will:
* Conduct quality control on compounded products.
* Collaborate with the lab team to enhance our skincare formulations (e.g., improving texture, stability).
* Assist in creating and reverse-engineering topical vehicles.
* Support staff pharmacists with daily tasks, including prescription verification and lot validation.

This role requires a self-motivated professional who can balance multiple responsibilities, provide leadership to departmental leads, and work closely with the owner to develop strategies for business growth.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Enhance skincare formulas and create innovative topical vehicles.
* Dispense and compound medications for patients, counsel patients, and supervise staff.
* Ensure pharmacy operations comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to technicians and staff.
* Assist in the creation and implementation of training materials.
* Manage workflows to accommodate workload fluctuations across departments.
* Collaborate with the owner to develop strategies for business growth.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

*Key Qualifications*
* Strong background in compounding, particularly with topical products.
* Extensive experience with quality control and audits.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Experience building and implementing replicable operational processes.

*Qualifications and Skills*
* Active Registered Pharmacist license in Florida.
* 2-4 years of compounding experience in an accredited compounding lab.
* Demonstrated expertise in compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Pay: $54.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
