*Locations:*
* Kona Community Hospital (79-1019 Haukapila St, Kealakekua, HI 96750)
* Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital (4643 Waimea Canyon Dr, Waimea, HI 96796)
* North Hawaii Community Hospital (67-1125 Mamalahoa Hwy, Waimea, HI 96743)
* Wahiawa General Hospital (99-859 Iwaiwa St, Aiea, HI 96701)

*Pay: *
* MLT - Starts at $26/hour, increases based on experience
* MT - Starts at $30/hour, increases based on experience
* Sr. MT - Starts at $36/hour, increases based on experience
* Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends
* Sign-on Bonus available Relocation may be discussed in an interview.

*Shifts:* Vary by unit, 40 hours/week, every other weekend requirement

*Responsibilities (at a minimum): *Perform diagnostic tests (phlebotomy, specimen collection, toxicology, etc), interpret and report results, maintain laboratory equipment, ensure accuracy, maintain records, practice safety, communication and collaboration

*Must Haves:*
* Licensure: Hawaii State License as a Technologist, Specialist or Technician
* Certified or licensed as Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the Hawaii Department of Health State Laboratories Division
* Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, MT-Bachelor's degree in field, MLT Associate's degree in field
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of MT/MLT experience (MT I, MLT I, MLT II, Sr MT)
