CONTEXTE DE RECRUTEMENT

Forts de plus de 18 ans de croissance ininterrompue, notre ambition est de l’accélérer en renforçant notre nouvelle équipe de Practices Managers. Vous bénéficierez du soutien et de l'orientation de notre Head of Excellence, Raphaël Le Lièvre, qui travaillera avec vous pour définir une stratégie commune visant à faire progresser votre Practice. Le rôle du Practice Manager est essentiel dans l’accompagnement, la fidélisation et la projection des consultants. C’est un poste challengeant aux multiples fonctions, décisif dans la croissance du groupe.

VOS MISSIONS EN TANT QUE PRACTICE MANAGER

Management

  1. Être directement en charge d'une équipe de développeurs de très haut niveau.
  2. Gérer et développer la performance et la carrière de votre équipe.
  3. Accompagner l'onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs.
  4. Animer la vie professionnelle des consultants.

Recruitment

  1. Participer activement au recrutement de votre équipe.
  2. Garantir la qualité des processus de sélection de la validation technique jusqu’à la fin du processus de recrutement.

Delivery

  1. Porter, promouvoir l’offre et le domaine d’expertise Software Engineering de MARGO.
  2. Assurer le bon déroulement des projets des consultants de votre practice.
  3. Participer aux missions de cadrage ou d’expertise projets sur son domaine d’activité.
  4. Porter les offres et les engagements auprès des clients en phase d’avant-vente, d’audit ou de delivery projet.

Expertise

  1. Veiller à une expertise technique continue.
  2. Animation des Partenaires, création d’événement, veille technologique forte, création d’offres.
  3. Contribuer au développement de l'image d'expert de MARGO.

Après une période de formation et la définition de votre practice, vous allez suivre et accompagner une équipe de consultants vers l’excellence.

Et après …

Vous allez pouvoir évoluer vers un poste de Practice Director. Vous serez alors attendu sur la gestion d’une équipe de consultants plus importante et la mise en place de projets structurants. Dans la réalisation de ces tâches, des consultants managers sous votre responsabilité vous accompagneront.

L'ÉQUIPE MARGO

Au quotidien, vous êtes suivi et managé par le Head of Excellence, responsable de toutes les practices, avec qui vous définissez et mettez en place une stratégie commune pour pérenniser et faire croître votre practice. L’objectif est de fidéliser les collaborateurs et d'assurer leur montée en compétence. L’accomplissement de vos tâches vous amènera à échanger avec l’équipe Talent, spécialisée par typologie de métier, l’équipe Sales, spécialisée par client et enfin l’équipe Marketing & Communication pour l’animation de différents évènements.

VOUS ÊTES UN(E) FUTUR(E) MARGO SI :

  • - Vous êtes diplômé/e d’une formation Bac+5.
  • - Vous êtes familier avec l’univers du conseil.
  • - Vous êtes prêt à sortir de votre zone de confort.
  • - Vous avez une forte appétence pour le management.
  • - Vous avez une première expérience réussie en tant que Consultant Software ou Sales dans le domaine du conseil en développement applicatif ou web.
