What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a Test Automation Developer to build a Python-based Test Automation Framework for medical device verification. You’ll collaborate with teams to integrate tools, develop architecture, and automate data analysis, enhancing organizational efficiency. Your role is essential for developing tools that support medical device reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and deploy automated test tools using Python.
  • Perform analysis of experimental data to ensure product quality.
  • Verify and validate software test tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define and document test tools.
  • Prepare documentation for automated test tools.
  • Effectively communicate technical information and results.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • B.S. in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5+ years working with Python in a regulated field
  • Experience developing custom data analysis tools in Python
  • Experience managing and deploying software tools for internal testing
  • Knowledge and application of engineering and scientific concepts
  • Ability to apply basic tools, methodologies, and technologies, including statistics
  • Working knowledge and proven skills in PC systems including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with experimental testing and custom test equipment.
  • Familiarity with medical device verification and validation.
  • Experience with SQUISH, Minitab, Git, JIRA, and Python deployment.
  • Experience with serial communication interfaces like I2C, SPI, and LabVIEW.

Pay: $46.90 - $67.00 /hr.
