Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve all HR queries and issues.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with recruitment, facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance their leadership skills.
- Foster positive employee relations and handle conflict resolution.
- Implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience, gained from working in manufacturin.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
