Position Details:
* Community-based practice embedded in a multi-specialty building with primary care and specialists
* Support from dedicated and experienced medical assistant, Stanford's diabetes education program, and on-site PharmD/CDECS
* Partner closely with world-class Endocrine Surgeons at Stanford University School of Medicine
* Options available for 32 or 36 patient facing hours per week
* Primarily outpatient consultative endocrinology with potential inpatient component (Call 1:3)
* Candidate must be proficient with general endocrinology (including thyroid nodule biopsies, diabetes technology management, bone density interpretation)
* Bone Density, Thyroid Ultrasound available on-site; additional Radiology and Laboratory services also available on site
* Large referral base from in-network primary care physicians
* Diverse patient population
* Locations: Castro Valley (primary) and Danville, Tri-Valley Hospital in Pleasanton
* Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
