The Role
As a key member of our digital content management team, you will be responsible for managing, editing, organizing, and storing various digital assets, including marketing copy, images, videos, icons, and articles. Utilizing multiple CMSs and tools, you will create and update content for Fidelity’s websites and mobile applications using existing CMS templates, HTML, CSS/JS, and custom queries. In this role, you will lead publishing efforts on large, interdisciplinary projects and collaborate effectively with creative, business, and technology partners. You will provide technical direction to the team, offer analysis and advice to senior leaders, and develop plans to address capability gaps while monitoring resource planning. Additionally, you will proactively lead complex projects and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives. You will work closely with CMS developers and internal IT staff to ensure the CMS meets organizational needs. This internal customer service role requires proven skills in active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and communication.
The Expertise You Have
- A technical mind, with an understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
- Experience/Interest in updating content and using personalization through an enterprise-level web content management system (CMS) including executing A/B and multivariate experiments

This team works with many different parts of the organization, including but not limited to: product owners, segment marketers, account/creative agency, technology, measurement and analytics, and channel marketers.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $71.00-95.00 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
