Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to join our Product Analyst Chapter. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, providing value to our customers, and agile product delivery. The Product Analyst will join forces with the squad lead, engineers, and architects to ensure our business objectives become reality across Enterprise Cybersecurity. u00A0u00A0

The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bringu00A0u00A0

  • 8+ years experience as systems analyst or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices. Additional experience in the cybersecurity or financial services industry would be beneficial.u00A0

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems or related fieldu00A0u00A0

  • Experience working with SQL, Tableau, PowerBI is a plusu00A0

  • Experience with Jira and Jira Align, or other comparable Agile tools is a plusu00A0

  • Expert understanding of complex business needs and challenges with a keen ability to influence product strategy to enable customer successu00A0u00A0

  • Expertise in eliciting requirements from non-technical and technical stakeholders across the enterprise and translating them to well-defined, consumable epics and stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria with a focus on user needsu00A0

  • Expert mastery of advanced business analysis techniques and product ownership skills including translating analysis into actionable insights to inform product and team objectivesu00A0u00A0

  • Expert ability to conduct research and analysis independently including applying data-driven insights, constructing complex diagrams and visualizations, and documenting current and future state of complex projectsu00A0

  • Functions as a domain expert of team s product(s) and processes and seeks opportunities to document and share knowledge to prevent single point of failureu00A0u00A0

  • Successfully navigates competing priorities and aligns teams across the enterprise to drive strategic, product deliveryu00A0

  • Champions and leads cross-team and cross-product area collaboration to drive strong business outcomesu00A0u00A0

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills including proposing informed solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiencesu00A0

  • In-depth understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles and leverages agile ways of working to improve product delivery on teamu00A0u00A0

  • Creates and maintains complex documentation for reference by external teams and stakeholders including product documentation, technical diagrams, and business requirement documentsu00A0u00A0

  • Operates with a continuous improvement mentality and mentors junior analysts by sharing expertise and cultivating curiosityu00A0

  • Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and other cyber or technical certifications are a plusu00A0

Enterprise Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting Fidelity from external and internal threats against our infrastructure, data, and systems. As a member of the Product Analyst Chapter, you will join a team that is the center of excellence for product analysis and contributes to driving outstanding solutions. In this role you will work in partnership with product analysts, squad leads, engineers and architects to perform critical analysis of data and complex systems to contribute to critical initiatives. u00A0
