As the RN Director of Informatics, you'll be orchestrating a symphony of positive change:

  •  Initiating and implementing groundbreaking quality improvement and compliance activities to elevate patient care.
  •  Educating and empowering our exceptional staff to drive Performance Improvement (PI).
  •  Collaborating with Nursing Directors to integrate PI across all units and service lines.
  •  Establishing and implementing metrics and dashboards to measure success.

  •  Master’s degree in an area related to health care management. and Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  •  Minimum three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  High degree of Emotional Intelligence demonstrated by Relationship Management, Self-Awareness, and Social Awareness.
  •  Current New York State RN License.
