Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate project progress and updates.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business, or a related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with large budgets and teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
