Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate project progress and updates.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management
- Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
- Proven experience managing complex projects with large budgets and teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project)
