We are a national company that provides hospitals throughout the USA with RNs and other allied healthcare workers for temporary assignments. Our team has been staffing hospitals for the last 33 years and is now recruiting for high-paying short-term positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and transfusion services.

- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.

- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

- Follow established protocols and quality assurance standards.

- Report and document findings in the laboratory information system (LIS) accurately and in a timely manner.

- Adhere to all regulatory standards, including those set by CLIA, CAP, and OSHA.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.

- Certification by ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent preferred.

- Active Washington state Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist or Medical Test Site license (as required).

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour

License/Certification:
* Medical Technologist (Preferred)
