What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Nutrition Care: Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to make impactful changes in patient outcomes in a variety of settings, including long-term care and rehabilitation.
  • Individualized Care: Provide tailored nutrition support for diverse populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics, ensuring every patient receives the best possible care.
  • One-on-One Assessments: Conduct detailed assessments and offer personalized nutrition education, empowering patients to improve their health.
  • Food as Medicine: Use your expertise to manage chronic conditions like diabetes and cardiac diseases, and support patients in recovery from mood disorders and eating disorders.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with psychologists, social workers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care in interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
  • Texas state Dietitian License (LDN).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for making a difference through nutrition care.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: Starting at $29/hr
