Wisk’s internship experience is a 12-week, hands-on program. Our goal for our internship program is to see what it’s like to be a full-time Wisk employee and complete meaningful work.
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team for summer 2025. The goal of a Continuous Improvement Intern at Wisk is to ensure that we identify and implement opportunities for improvement across the company. You will be part of the Production Systems team that is responsible for the production and manufacturing of our aircraft.
Responsibilities:- You will take part in developing standards across the organization and build processes from the ground up.
- You will help support problem-solving activities using data and people skills to uncover core issues and work towards long-standing solutions.
- You will take part in process mapping, project planning, root cause analysis, stakeholder interviews, and developing informational materials.
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027.
- A suitable candidate may be studying business, engineering, or other technical fields.
- Experience in Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Hourly rate will be $25 USD an hour.
This internship role will be based at Wisk's office in Mountain View, California, and relocation or housing will not be provided.
Eligibility Requirements For US:- Must be able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the US for the duration of the internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must live in the US at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins.
- Must be either a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in college.
- Must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0; transcripts are required.
- Must be an enrolled student at both the time of application AND at the time the internship begins.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks (full-time for 3 months).
