Mukilteo Veterinary Hospital , located on the Puget Sound, has a great opportunity for an associate veterinarian to join our team. Our clinic has been providing exceptional veterinary care to pets in Snohomish County since 1981, and we are eager to welcome a fifth veterinarian to our DVM team.
We’re open to full-time or part-time scheduling (8am-6pm), with NO weekend, on-call, or emergency hours.
Doctors who are dependable, team oriented, and confident in surgery and dentistry would excel in this role. We’re also happy to provide mentorship for new graduates or early career doctors who are seeking collaboration.
About Us:
- Multi-doctor team and a skilled support staff
- Small animal general practice
- Hands-on Hospital Manager with an open-door policy
- Each DVM typically has 3 surgeries per day
- Assign 2 room technicians per doctor, and 3 for surgery
- Limit 2 dentals/day, based on severity (scale of 1-3)
- Typically have 20-minute appointments and done with surgery by early afternoon
- Great relationship with a mobile surgeon for orthopedics, who visits monthly
- New, modern facility with 5 exam rooms and separate canine & feline wards
- Located minutes from Boeing and 20 miles from downtown Seattle
