Salary Starting : $22.25

Bonus: $3500

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes but not limited to:

* Assisting resident with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL);
* Assisting resident with ambulation and transfers;
* Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed;
* Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
* Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:

* Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program
* Current CNA certification
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

* Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
* Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
* Behavioral care / memory care experience
