The Surgical Center Registered Nurse Director will oversee the multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Surgical Center Registered Nurse Director will enjoy working in a supportive environment with over 40 dedicated full-time employees. They will work closely with the CEO, the Assistant Director of Nursing, and Business Office Manager while overseeing a group of committed and experienced clinicians.

The Surgical Center Registered Nurse Director will be heavily involved in the day-to-day management and the long-term planning and goals of the outpatient surgical facility. The clinical and administrative goals will heavily rely on this individual. They will oversee all performance-enhancing tasks like quality assessments, regulatory compliance, staffing, and cost containment.
