Horas de tercer turno: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, domingo noche - jueves noche.

Resumen del papel:

Configurar y operar una variedad de herramientas de máquina para producir partes y instrumentos de precisión. Incluye fabricantes de instrumentos precisos que fabrican, modifican o reparan instrumentos mecánicos. También puede fabricar y modificar piezas para reparar herramientas de máquina o mantener máquinas industriales, aplicando conocimientos de mecánica, matemáticas, propiedades del metal, diseño y procedimientos de mecanizado.

Responsabilidades y Requisitos:

Operación de Máquina o Equipo – Operar equipo básico y máquinas y realizar tareas rutinarias.

Gestión de Operaciones – Realizar tareas operativas siguiendo procesos establecidos.

Mantenimiento y reparación de Equipo - Ayudar a mantener y reparar equipo realizando preparaciones y proporcionando asistencia.

Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente – Seguir instrucciones de trabajo obligatorias básicas para proteger el medio ambiente y el bienestar de uno mismo y los demás.

Cumplimiento Operativo – Seguir un procedimiento obligatorio simple para asegurarse de que el trabajo se realice con los estándares de calidad requeridos y/o para cumplir con códigos regulatorios externos y códigos de conducta interna.

Utilización de Equipo de Precisión – Interpretar y utilizar equipo de medición de precisión/instrumentos como micrómetros, indicadores de dial y estadios de profundidad.

Instrucciones y Diagramas – Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y tolerancias geométricas.

Comunicaciones Internas – Intercambiar información con personas mediante interacciones corteses con ellas.

Políticas y Procedimientos - Trabaja con orientación para entender políticas y procedimientos, asegurándose de que coinciden con estrategias y objetivos organizacionales.

Comunicación Verbal – Utiliza habilidades de comunicación verbal clara y efectiva para expresar ideas y solicitar acciones.

Planificación y Organización – Trabaja con orientación para planificar, organizar y priorizar actividades para cumplir eficientemente con los objetivos empresariales.

Salud y Seguridad - Aplica conceptos elementales para manejar y aplicar sistemas de trabajo seguros.

Experiencia con Equipo – 2+ años de experiencia en mecanización en un entorno de manufactura o reparación operando tornos manuales, máquinas de fresado o tornos y fresadoras CNC.

Diploma de High School / GED y 3-5 años de experiencia relevante
