The Kitchen General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all company machinery, equipment, and facilities. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently or as part of a team to ensure company facilities operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance to keep all machines running smoothly
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to mechanical equipment, minor electrical systems, and minor plumbing systems
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
  • Maintain records of work performed, supplies used, and time spent on tasks
  • Work with management to schedule and oversee third-party repairs as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols

Qualifications

  • Training or certification in maintenance or 3 or more years' experience in the commercial equipment and facility repair field
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Working knowledge of tools, devices, and common appliances
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

  • Salary: $46k - $54k
