SUMMARY


We are currently seeking a Clinical Practice Management Reporting Manager to join our Physician Services team. This full-time role will primarily work hybrid (days ).


Purpose of this position: is responsible for building and maintaining a robust Power BI and Tableau reporting package. This package will be critical in managing physician productivity, ambulatory clinical access, benchmark reporting, and physician compensation drivers/metrics. The role involves overseeing key performance metrics and providing insights to help leaders make informed decisions.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and Maintain Reporting Solutions:

    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and visualizations


  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:

    • Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
    • Provide actionable recommendations to improve physician productivity and clinical access


  • Performance Metrics Management:

    • Collaborate with leadership to identify critical performance metrics
    • Develop and implement reporting tools to monitor these metrics effectively


  • Benchmark Reporting and Physician Compensation:

    • Oversee the development and maintenance of benchmark reports
    • Manage physician compensation metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards


  • Data Integration and Management:

    • Work with various data sources to integrate and manage data for reporting purposes
    • Ensure seamless data flow and integration between different systems


  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions
    • Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing Power BI and Tableau reports


  • Quality Improvement:

    • Continuously improve reporting processes and tools
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and analysis


QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data analysis or a related role
  • Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau

OR



  • An approved equivalent combination of education and experience


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in managing benchmark reporting and physician compensation metrics is highly desirable
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in managing physician productivity, clinical access, benchmark reporting, and physician compensation metrics
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and data privacy standards


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:



  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data and clinical workflows
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
